Facepainting is back!

Come into the Information Store on Friday 18th November from 10.30-12.00 to join in the fun and fundraising.

Maybe you will choose a Pudsey face or a spotty bandage?

Or will you get face-painted in the theme of Alice in Wonderland, ready for the SU Mad Hatters tea party? How about the Queen of Hearts or a Cheshire cat?

Minimum donations of £1.00 for Children in Need.

Help us celebrate World Book Night

Come in and help us celebrate World Book Night from 2pm this Friday.

What is World Book Night?
With the full support of the Publishers Association, the Booksellers Association, the Independent Publishers Guild, the Reading Agency with libraries, World Book Day and the BBC, one million books will be given away by an army of passionate readers to members of the public across the UK and Ireland – and you could be one of them.

What are we doing to celebrate?

We are giving away over 40 copies of Stuart, A Life Backwards by Alexander Masters.

We will be facepainting hearts and kisses to mark the love of reading.

There will be displays of fiction books to help whet your appetite...

Come in and join us from 2pm, we look forward to seeing you!
